I want to organize a conference in Vienna bringing together individuals and representatives of initiatives succeeding in supporting threatened or fragile individuals or groups in a hostile environment. It can be experts from historic examples (were there tools how Jewish communities could be helped from outside Nazi Germany? How early Christians could develop despite being threatened by Roman State? How intellectuals could be helped in Soviet time? can today independent artists can be helped in repressive regimes? Is today’s answer low tech or new technologies? Best speakers around the world should get together to inspire each other in a two days conference in Vienna. I am looking for a key note speaker, for one day of presentations and one day morning closed session to discuss challenges and potential solutions.
